Royale Progress is an independent, fan-made web application that displays publicly available game data obtained through Supercell's official Clash Royale API. Features include:

• Player collection analysis and quality score calculation,
• Daily progress tracking and snapshot history,
• Match history, clan information, and player search,
• Meta deck lists and copy tools.

Royale Progress is and will remain a completely free service. No subscription, payment, or monetary commitment of any kind is required to use any feature.

The collection analysis, quality score, and progress tracking features are powered by a proprietary scoring algorithm developed independently by Royale Progress. These calculations are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or derived from any official Supercell methodology or verification system.

3. Age and Eligibility

To use Royale Progress, you must meet the minimum age required by Supercell's game policies. Users under 13 (or under 16 in the EU) should not use the site without permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these rules:

• Do not query the API in volumes above reasonable use via automated tools, bots, or scripts.
• Do not attempt data scraping, bulk queries, or bypassing rate-limit protections.
• Do not take any action that could damage the site, server, or network.
• Do not try to exploit security vulnerabilities; report any findings to us instead.
• Do not post content that infringes on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Do not misuse the service in ways that harm other users, third parties, or Supercell.

We reserve the right to restrict your access immediately and without notice for violations of these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

The site's design, quality score algorithm, codebase, and original text content are owned by Royale Progress. All rights reserved. Copying, redistributing, or creating derivative works from substantial portions of the site without written permission is prohibited.

"Clash Royale", character names, card artwork, logos, and all in-game assets are the property of Supercell Oy and are used only within the scope of Supercell's Fan Content Policy.

6. Supercell Fan Content Policy

Royale Progress is not endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Supercell. This site should not be interpreted as an official Supercell product. The content is community-oriented and complies with Supercell's Fan Content Policy.

7. Advertising and Third-Party Content

The service may include third-party advertising providers such as Google AdSense in the future. Royale Progress is not responsible for the content of advertisements, the products of advertisers, or any websites you are redirected to through them. Your interactions with ads are a matter between you and the advertiser.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, no express or implied warranty is given that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or secure.

Proprietary calculation system: The quality score, collection analysis, progress calculations, and related metrics are produced by a proprietary algorithm developed solely by Royale Progress. These calculations:

• are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or derived from any official Supercell system;
• may contain software errors, rounding differences, or unintended inaccuracies;
• are subject to change as the algorithm evolves and may produce different results over time;
• may be interpreted differently by different users;
• do not constitute an official or definitive measure of any player's account quality, progress, or value;
• may differ from in-game values or figures reported by third-party tools.

No account value representation: Royale Progress makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — regarding the real-world or in-game value of any player account. No result displayed on this site should be treated as a definitive or authoritative measure of account worth. Users rely on all displayed data entirely at their own risk.

Data accuracy and timeliness also depend on the availability and correctness of Supercell's official API. We have no control over the data returned by that API; API-related discrepancies may occur and displayed results may lead to incorrect calculations or incomplete information. In such cases, while Royale Progress strives to provide the best possible experience to its users, it cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Royale Progress and its developers shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (i) service interruptions, (ii) inaccurate or incomplete data, (iii) Clash Royale API outages, (iv) third-party services, or (v) use of the site.
